Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Silver is a brand of A&G Group Sàrl, Geneva, Switzerland ("we", "our", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Silver services: the Silver bracelet, the SilverCompanion and SilverFamily mobile applications, and the Silver care platform (together, the "Service").

2. The Service

Silver provides safety and daily-support tools for seniors and the people who care for them: an SOS bracelet with fall alerts, location and activity data; a voice companion; a family application; and a care platform for professional organisations.

Silver is not a medical device and not an emergency service. The Service supports — but does not replace — professional care, medical advice or official emergency channels (such as 144). Alerts depend on network coverage, battery, device wear and third-party infrastructure, and delivery cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. AI-generated content is observational and never a diagnosis.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Setting up the Service for another adult (e.g. a parent) requires their consent. Pairing and data sharing are consent-gated in the product.
The Service is not intended for children under 13.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Family plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Plans for care organisations are governed by the applicable service agreement; published prices exclude VAT.
Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified in advance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the software, using the Service to harass or surveil a person without their consent, or reselling it without our agreement.

6. Data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD/nDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service materially, we will give reasonable notice to active subscribers.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for failures attributable to third-party networks, devices or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the apps or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
